Right of withdrawal (summary)

Consumers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content (software download, licence file) the right expires once you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right (§ 356 (5) BGB) – which you confirm by checkbox during purchase. Businesses (B2B) have no right of withdrawal.
